Biden's policies weren't bad, but he went too far and too much. That came from those who surrounded him, I think.
They also need to restore USAID. The suffering and death they've caused by shutting that down is monstrous.

Yeah that Lancet study, which is the basis of all these claims, looks at two decades of USAID intervention and estimates lives saved. That study has it's own problems. But using it to project future or recent deaths, as the ex-USAID administrator for the Biden administration did, is unserious.
It's all theoretical. No one is pointing to actual deaths caused by USAID curtailment because you can't. There's too many variables.
It's odd, that Democrats are so opposed to humanitarian aid running through the State department. The loss of the 60 billion dollar slush fund that went into progressive NGO's and recycled to exercise political power is likely why.
