There's no way there's an unconditional surrender. That's the end of their power and they won't do that. I haven't been paying attention today, but I'm assuming there still isn't traffic in the straights? If ships aren't passing through it, we're screwed, because all the financial backing in the world for insurance doesn't matter to the crew who will be dead if the company collects.
