I mean, sure, if you take every sexual assault with unknown assailants and say, "So obviously it could have been migrants," then you are going to very easily justify your bias. I can't imagine why anyone would want to consciously stoop to such lazy thinking, though.

if you believe in statistics and probability, there is a pretty good chance they were involved in one of the three rapes.

That's entirely irrelevant to my point, which was that in the case you cited, it appears the claims were invented (apparently by the girl's estranged dad's lawyers), and easily debunked.
