Had a little misstep with the fireworks presentation last year. Hopefully everything goes smoothly tonight.

What America gets right
@unclemark I like his "bottom line:" "most Americans are good people — generous, hard-working, idealistic — who need and deserve better leadership around them."
@unclemark correct. The pursuit of it gives us purpose, something to do, an outlet, funds to do fun things, create memories and experiences, provide for our families, and give the ones we love opportunities to do the same. It’s what makes this country great. Trump understands that. The left doesn’t. It prefers criminals and addicts
we should all be unified and fight against the Dem party. Every American who isn’t hoping for bail or a bump. Let’s get a moderate Dem and donate and spread the word
God Bless America! This isn't a holiday for anyone of any particular party, race or religion - it's a holiday for all Americans! Happy 4th of July! Enjoy.
@unclemark it’s also possible Rubio could distance himself and be decent for Dems who aren’t socialists. He’d be more appealing to Dems than Vance
I initially favored Rubio in 2016. I thought Trump was a joke (obviously still do) and had no chance. I was wrong - about him having no chance. 😉@unclemark it’s also possible Rubio could distance himself and be decent for Dems who aren’t socialists. He’d be more appealing to Dems than Vance

Hope is not optimism, which expects things to turn out well, but something rooted in the conviction that there is good worth working for. - Seamus Heaney, Irish poet and likely Hoosier basketball fan.
