@thehoosierhuddle there is nothing in the world more difficult than a startup. personally i wouldn't worry about trying to get content at this point as much as i'd concern myself with getting the platform user friendly. that's just me tho

@unclemark the platform is impossible on a phone etc. it's almost tolerable on a laptop but it just isn't viable. i know you're trying to be supportive but that kind of false encouragement doesn't actually help. go. get. money. not subscriptions. there's a reason rivals etc isn't on this platform.

How about you tell us something we don't already know? Or maybe offer up specific, concrete suggestions beyond "throw money at it"?
@unclemark take hooky up on the go fund me. raise actual capital. then use it to get a new platform. could be done by mid august i bet. nothing works without capital. if you're undercapitalized you're fckd. even with money things go under. but without it forget it. people are accustomed to slicker more user friendly shit and will leave. little chance this is still viable in april with just tweaks along the way.
post the go fund me for users to contribute and the owners hsit forward an email of same to literally everyone they have ever met about their exciting new venture
@unclemark they have an angle. maintaining a free community of hoosier sports fans - continuing a tradition of nearly three decades. it's something not available on on3 peegs etc. a one time goal of whatever. get all the cash up front. waiting on $3 a month or whatever to trickle in with subscrpitons isn't the path. set a goal of 20k. 25k. 10k. whatever. and delineate how it's going to spent.
@bulk-vh I liked some things about the WC. I would like those things to continue. You did, too, I assume which is why you kept going back day after day.
What new adaptations and evolution, though, would you like to see here?
@stollcpa i know i am. i've seen it and personally experienced it multiple times. fatigue is real. you have to get as much money as you need up front and get it all done at rocket pace. people won't wait. organic doesn't work
