I've heard recommendations that Canada should officially change the name to either Lake Epstein or Lake Natalie in response.
It has probably never occurred to this toddler in an old man's body that, as soon as he's gone, all of this stuff is going to revert back to what it was previously called. That goes for everything that now bears his name, too, unless he owns it or has paid for naming rights.
