There is no aspect of the US economy that is better off now than it was 12 months or 18 months ago. Stop deficit spending? Lie. Bring down the debt? Lie. Stop inflation? Lie. No new wars? Lie. Cut government waste? Lie. Deal with social security? Lie. Reform health care? Lie.

As Murt pointed out above, it's easy to lambast Trump when you don't contemplate the counterfactual.
As an example. Could imagine how bad the Karmelo Anthony riots would be if we had Harris out there with her race baiting bullshit? "Karmelo could have been my son" and other asinine stuff like that? Likely every major city would be in dissarray (more than usual). Trump is sparing us from things we don't even realize we're being spared from.

There's something about the tangible nature of a war and it's effect on inflation that I find easier accept though. Iran is bad, we're trying to get rid of their nuclear program, in doing so global trade is disrupted and prices spike. Inflation is the price we pay for the war effort. You may not like or agree with the war, but it makes sense.
