That said, he sat on his fat ass in the White House dining room watching (on TV) the events unfold and waited hours before condemning the violence and calling for calm. And his pardons were a kick in the nuts to the cops who were beaten that day. He's lower than low.

No question he incited the riot, but I think it's a leap to suggest that "fight like hell" was an order to attack cops.

You’re just arguing that it’s not premeditated. That it is murder is a fact . Trump is an accomplice to murder and is therefore guilty of murder. Simple as that.
