Haven't people been caught tweeting on trump's behalf? It could just be his handlers doing the tweets. I'm not sure tweeting like a crazed lunatic during the night is a sign that he is still with it, especially when there is no proof that it is actually him in the first place.

Like if you woke up in the morning and discovered your 80 year old dad stayed up all night rage tweeting about whatever crossed his mind, what would you do? I feel like most sensible people would have a discussion about taking way dad's phone/internet privileges and look into getting him some help.

I don't disagree, but weird and strange behavior from 80+ year olds usually raises eyebrows. Consistently staying up all night at any age to do just about anything isn't really healthy. Phone addiction that presumably causes someone to stay up all night probably isn't great either.

There is no way you can diagnose from that photo. If he’s getting regular infusions they would just put a port in.
