My extreme dislike of Trump is because of his actions in general (lying, cheating, immoral, narcassist, false bravado, and the worst kind of idiot, the kind that doesn't know anything and then when confronted with the truth will lash out to mask their embarrasment). AOC? Compared to Trump 15 years ago, I'd give Trump the edge. AOC is kinda the same as Trump. Thinks she is smarter than she is. Good orator. Mostly BS. Now, she at least has some semblance of common sense. Trump was able to make cognitive arguments before, but he is willfully ignorant at this point. I used to think that he was playing the part of the crass windmills-cause-cancer, they're-eating-the-dogs, can-we-nuke-the-hurricanes, he-talks-like-one-of-us guys. Freedom of the Press is fundamental to this country. MAGAs are afraid of the press now, many terrified, but the media has always had its biases. Usually there was a federalist and democratic republican paper in each city and many towns - later a Republican and a Democratic paper. It's not all that hard to ignore the biases and get to the facts.

The Judge was appointed by President Trump in his first term. Most likely any Judge would reverse the ban. The SCOTUS would most likely uphold the decision unanimously and the President will almost certainly be told not to bother appealing.
