@bar-down Kobe Bryant, similar story and then wide spread "forgive or forget"... hard to find too many that have many bad things to say about him. Weird to me. But I do love his sports specific approach and mindset.
Part of what made Dolly great is that she walked the walk without really talking the talk. She was an advocate for literacy and other causes more of in a behind-the-scenes kind of aspect. Not directly using her celebrity as a hammer to push through change.

I've taken my kids to Dollywood a couple times. One of the nicest parks I've seen anywhere. Extremely clean, very pretty setting, incredibly friendly staff, good food and music for an amusement park.
Stampede smelled like a barn, but was a fun show for the kids. She also owns some kind of Pirate dinner show there that my kids liked even more.

I had to go look up Tim perry and Michael Wright. While I am familiar with some of their movies/shows. For me the list of 3 is Panettierre, Beard and Dolly. Season 1 of Heroes is amazing even if it drastically declined after that and "Save the Cheerleader" is just part of TV lore, IMO.
