You don't need to destroy it. The Democratic president just needs to go in there, switch out a chair, and then rename it after himself instead of the Trump Ballroom.
Trump doesn't care about the ballroom itself, he just wants something in the White House with his name on it that will last for 100 years. Taking his name off of it will cause Trump to lose his crap 100x more than anything else the Democrats reverse when they get the White House back.
