He previously faced two petty larceny cases and four drug possession cases, in addition to the J6 charges.
He served 12 months for the other charges but he appealed his conviction of the J6 charges and had served no time for that at the time of the pardon.
Prosecutors said that Moynihan was among the first rioters to enter the Capitol grounds and watched rioters fight with police at the rotunda door. "And we're f---ing in!" @shooter Imagine being that far gone to want to tweet the crazy stuff he did. He got his mulligan, but he's clearly a violent person who can't be trusted as a free person. He has crazy fantasies about 'taking the country back' by committing acts of violence.
