@hooky 25 billion in insurance proceeds have been released. 28 homes have been built
@hooky i watched pratt on bill maher's podcast thing. he has the right instincts about why dems are so damaging and why you can't vote for dems from the lunacy with climate insanity to homelessness and crime and all the things dems believe that are so insidious to cities and just how far removed these hollywood morons are from reality but damn that dude does not know much. guy pissing on the bus in front of my toddler bad. but recognizing it is about where it ends. and like maher he totally gets how the media is just an arm of the dem party so he's been clever with his campaigning but again recognizing things is really where it ends with him. he doesn't know much. better than the left with home ownership is racist but yikes we're circling the drain

I've only seen a few clips of the Maher thing. One of them was Maher bitching about solar panels and Pratt saying he didn't need to know solar, he'd hire someone who would handle that. I kind of appreciated that. Nobody can know everything, nor should they try to know everything. Surround yourself with A players. That's how shit gets done.
Hope is not optimism, which expects things to turn out well, but something rooted in the conviction that there is good worth working for. - Seamus Heaney, Irish poet and likely Hoosier basketball fan.
