I heard 3 were going into the portal, Jade, Phoenix, and Faith. If true, I hate Faith leaving. I would love a local kid to stick. Jade is clearly buried on the depth chart with Z returning. Phoenix lost a lot of PT as the year went along.

I'm shocked Chloe hasn't announced yet. I wonder if there's any chance she's deciding whether she wants to stay at IU and just be a regular student or if she wants to keep playing and transfer. She was even more buried than Faith.

I get her leaving, I just wish it had somehow worked out. She showed a lot of heart in a game her freshman year pressed into duty with a body not meant for the physicality.
Spreen didn't play much at Georgia, so she to might need mid-major for PT and maybe she would rather stick it out at a big program.
As long as Z, Caffey, and Makalusky stay, with our class coming in, we may be back next year. Though still small, Z is big for us but not big by B10 standards.
@arthur-dent Z will be one of the most athletic post.players in the conference. Problem is, she's already through 2 years of eligibility and still has very little live game experience. They have the 6'4" Aussie who came to campus at the start.of this current semester. Noyan actually progressed a lot over the last several games. She'll be a more than serviceable back.up.
It's a tough conference. Hopefully we're at least back in the top half next season.
