Indiana has completely controlled the first half, outshooting Butler 19–1 and holding a 9–0 advantage in corners. The Hoosiers have created chance after chance, but Butler goalkeeper has been outstanding with 10 saves.

Oliver Moller-Jensen has been heavily involved, generating several looks including a point-blank save in the 32nd minute, but has not been able to find the breakthrough.

Stephane Njike has looked dangerous down the sideline and nearly found a goal early. Collins Oduro also checked in and immediately created a chance, though IU still has not converted its possession into a score.

Butler has barely threatened outside of one early rush. IU’s defense has kept the Bulldogs without a shot on goal, and its goalkeeper has not been tested.

Indiana needs to stay patient and improve the final ball. The Hoosiers are creating tons of opportunities, through 45 minutes the issue has simply been finishing.

IU is starting to get frustrated as another shot goes wide. While IU is dominating the shots on goal and possession, pressure is mounting to put one in.
