Awesome W in an overall B+ performance.

Another building block game as the team comes together for the stretch run.

Wanna see these Hoosiers with A level game on Tuesday to finish the road trip strong.

@spartans9312 Nothing odd about it. I thought it was over and I had other things to do.

I'm not one of those "true" fans Leal talked about.

You just seem to live and die with the program. Constantly complaining after a loss. It just seemed odd not to see the end based on your posting history. Carry on

I've watched less than 200 minutes of game time this season. Doesn't seem like a live-and-die-with situation.

This team plays hard, and when it's clicking, the offense is so fun to watch.  But most importantly, this team leaves everything on the floor.  THAT is worth rooting for despite the mind-blowing errors (not fouling at the end of regulation, dumb fouls, etc).

You are one of the top 3 posters when it comes to bitching about a loss…and you’ve watched 200 minutes total?

Odd behavior…

One complaint before was that we werent leaving it all on the floor, or it looked like the promised toughness was lacking.

That has changed. This team is fighting like hell.

Actually, I completely agree with you. It is indeed odd behavior for someone who's "meh" about IU hoops to post so much.

Thanks for opening my eyes to the time I've wasted.

@openwheel Not sure what changed, but something did...the eye test proves it.  Maybe the gang woke up to the reality of the B10 after not being here before?  Maybe it's taken this long for the guys to gel?  Nick Dorn's emergence?  So many variables, but the result is all I care about.  I'll be honest...I've watched most of every game this year.  After the MSU and UM games (and perhaps the Minnesota game lol) I said "no more unless it's convenient". PU wasn't convenient but I made time because it's PU...tonight wasn't convenient either but I made time.  Perhaps I'm still just a die-hard after all lol.

I think the last 3 games they have played much harder.  What can we attribute it to??

Nick Dorn?, Connerway out?, maybe DK actually chewed their asses, maybe they finally found some pride , maybe Dirk Diggler is rubbing off of them.  Who knows but a light bulb has seemingly gone off. The effort is something they can control.  It's great to see.
not out of the woods by any means but today was a good win. Hopefully they didn't run out of gas for Tuesday.  Couple days off in the sun should help.

IU is out of time outs as they have had to burn 2 after getting trapped along the sidelines against the press

in 1978, 79, 80,81,82.... on Sunday Morning TV, Bob Knight taught me (all of us) how to in bounds against the press. apparently the memo was lost.

One of these woulda been fun...

@hoosierific….And unless I missed it nobody asked DeVries after the game why he didn’t foul?

@hoosiers94 winning helps a lot. Seeing work rewarded with a win makes you want to work more.

The last two games have gotten a lot of folks invested emotionally again. With football over, these two games had a lot of curious observers

@thenickeldimer nope. Nobody did. We didn’t have any one in LA. It’s just not in our budget as an independent site.
