@thehoosierhuddle The game would not have been so close if IU had not missed so many FT. I thought from previous games maybe that problem had been solved.

@lbw I rewatched it, I agree. However, water finds its level. Sam Alexis was a 70% FT guy shooting 90% for the year. 
Two games in a row IU shot 70% or below. Hopefully not a trend.

the fact that we have a headline saying we earned a "gritty" victory over Incarnate Word says it all.   Now I'm not going to read a ton into it.  It's one game. But it was Incarnate Word .., Priller U.

but to echo some of the posts above... Bailey is mismatched pretty much every game. Relying on him to bang down low is a mistake.  He is not that guy.  And he's not really a 3 point shooter so he cannot really stretch the D.  He's the weakest link , not be cause he's the worst player on the roster because of what he's being asked to do.   He's a role player at best in this league.  I also question all of our mid major wings and their ability to perform at a high level against upper echelon teams.  Frustrating but it's what we have
