I wonder if they discussed A&M’s 3 point victory against the last place team in their conference, sitting at 2-7? A team they gave up 42 points to. A&M had a good road win at Notre Dame. That’s been it. They play Texas to end the season at Texas. I’ll be rooting hard for Texas there so this nonsense can go away, provided we don’t lose against Wisky or Purdue. Regarding the A&M schedule, every game except Texas will have been against the bottom of their conference. I guess I don’t see this gauntlet that people keep pointing to? IU plays 5 of its final 8 games on the road. A&M, like all the SEC teams do, schedules a pud non-conference opponent right before the final game. SEC plays 8 conference games as opposed to 9. Bama even lost to what has turned out to be a bad FSU team. Yet, the perception is that the bottom of the SEC is equal to the top of the Big Ten.
@big-red-cb-v-2-0 This is why preseason polls need to go the way of the dinosaurs, but it won’t.
I’ll give the SEC this, they know how to market the conference. You had Lane Kiffin gassing up Texas A&M after a game last week. The Big Ten doesn’t do that. It’s a pathetic move from the SEC, but they’re good at it and these national writers fall for it every single time.

@big-red-cb-v-2-0 I want A&M to beat Texas
look at the teams ranked behind Texas… there are probably only 8 or 9 teams this year that have the talent to win a game or two in a playoff format
Close defensively? They can't stop the run. We're 6th in rushing D and they're 43rd. We're 5th in Total D and they're 23rd.
Hope is not optimism, which expects things to turn out well, but something rooted in the conviction that there is good worth working for. - Seamus Heaney, Irish poet and likely Hoosier basketball fan.

As well as he's played, Marcel Reed will shit the bed at least once this season. It might be against Texas. It might be in the SEC Championship game. It might be in the CFP. But it will happen. Book it.
Texas A&M is also pretty funny… having their best season since WW2 era, and no one is talking about them, because it’s all about IU
Probably a reason Indiana is ahead of A&M and A&M getting less love is the nagging thought, they always fade, toward A&M .
And after years of voting for Texas, that geographic of voters just cant bring themselves to go for A&M .
Earlier than I thought it would happen, but Reed 💩ing the bed was inevitable.
I think A&M scored 4 touchdowns almost quicker than you typed that.Earlier than I thought it would happen, but Reed 💩ing the bed was inevitable.
What a collapse by SC.
SEC teams trailing by 27 points or more were 0 and 286 since 2004.
Until today... South Carolina up 30-3 at the half, and lost. 31-30 . And they were behind most of the 4th quarter too..
