I wouldn't be shocked if that happened, merely because Big 12 only has 3 ranked teams. ISU being one of them and ISU doesn't play either Utah or Texas Tech.  So if GameDay wanted to get to a Big 12 campus, this is likely one of their best weeks.  Its possible BYU gets ranked again and they play ISU or Utah later on, but you never have any guarantees.   Meanwhile you know there will be lots of B1G games available going forward.

With that being said, if all things were equal, you would much rather be at a game involving #9 (or lower after this weekend) playing a road game vs. #22 (or lower) with direct CFP implications, as opposed to a 21 traveling to a higher ranked 20 team.

In either case, we are certainly in the running. Good showings and could impact GameDays decision making.
