I get the shivers remembering all the advocates for our new coach to be Jason Candle back in fall 2023. Not that he isnt good. But the names from just two years ago showed low expectations. Mid-majors, retreads. And then, even Cig was too old.

Hope we keep Shanahan and Haines. (And Bostad, Whitmer, others.) I think Haines is the most elite. Shanahan a better chance of a solid replacement. Maybe Whitmer.

@openwheel I agree. I don’t want to lose Shanahan, but I would be more than confident in his replacement (with Cig continuing to have heavy influence on that side of the ball as well).  But we need to back the Brinks truck up every time Coach Haines so much as ponders a move. And coach basically said as much in today’s press conference.
