Did anyone else have trouble entering the stadium on Saturday? About half of oui group had issues getting in because they were using their hard tickets after I had originally transferred the digital tickets a couple weeks prior to the hard tickets arriving. According to IUAD, once the transfer is accepted, the hard tickets are voided out. Seems sorta ridiculous. Not a fan of PACiOLAN.
That sort of makes sense though. If you had sold your ticket to another party and transferred it digitally and they accepted, but you still had a hard copy of the ticket, if they didn't void the hard ticket then in theory both could have been used to get in. Then you have two different people using the same ticket. I never realized you could get both issued to you, I've always just done the digital.
Now that you mention it, there was a longer line than normal getting into Henke.
I just chalked it up to first game for a lot of recently lifelong fans.
@bbh42 I suppose that's right. We are in the Sample Terrace Suites. They sent the digital tickets around mid-August (first time they've ever done that), so I assumed they'd switched to digital only and transferred the tickets to my partners. Lo and behold the hard tickets showed up. It didn't occur to me they were invalid because they had accepted the transfer. So, even though NO ONE used the digital tickets, they wouldn't initially let them in with the hard tickets. Sort of embarrassing when you are paying what we paid.
