Sorry for the delay in recording. We both had family events to attend.

Thank you for reading Hoosier Huddle

Really good show, thanks for posting! Andy made a terrific point about the stats from OSU v NB in 2024, where they won a home game vs NB, but still lost the stat battle very similarly to what we did Saturday. Oh yeah, and they went on to win the NC. Check the stats, and they are eerily similar.

I don't remember if it was you Sammy, or Galen, but I swear I heard someone say that NB turns up the sound/music when IU had the ball to distortion levels and it is super loud when the other team has the ball. Was that the case and is that allowable? I understand if the crowd gets juiced, but I would think the stadium can't play noise while either team has the ball, no?

@kkott The stadium music has to be cut off with 15 seconds left on the play clock. I didn't notice that they were pumping in crowd noise. Although I was in the radio booth with an open window and Galen was in the stands.

This was my third time there and never thought they artificially cranked in noise more than anyone else.

Must've been Galen then. I'll go back and see if I can find it, but they said it was so loud it was causing distortion on the speakers. Made me assume it was while we were trying to call plays, and not w 15 seconds on the play clock.
