I was really surprised there were no empty seats anywhere near my current seats. If they do a reseat in the near future we are going to move up a lot!

Just wondering, if you're open to sharing, how many years have you had season tickets? I signed up for the first time this year (since I graduated, but unfortunately I don't think my student season tickets count in my varsity club points lol) and I don't get to select until the 13th which is the last day of selection I'm pretty sure. Hoping some decent tier 2 tickets will still be available.

I just kept my same seats as last year.  Since we just did a full stadium reseat last year I would hope we get a few more years before having to go again.

I have had my tickets for 14 years now I think. Also if you buy season tickets for another sport like baseball, soccer, WBB or others, you get 10 points for each consecutive year. Same as VC points. They all add up over time.

@walt542 I unfortunately live too far to do season tickets, but just bought tickets for when OSU comes to town. Cant wait to get back to Btown and watch us annihilate those blowhards. Also, I say again - build more hotels. Some of the hotels in Btown have gotten insane. $2500 a night with a 4 night minimum? are you kidding me? Almost all of them are 2 night minimum (which is standard), many are 3-4 night now

OMG! I hope those hotels are donating to NIL

I have not gotten a seat selection date, but when I did my family's seats, I did elect to stay in the same seats, so maybe that's why?

As far as hotels, it's insane. I wonder if staying Friday night in Indy and driving down in the morning will become a thing. It's not as fun as Bloomington, but it's not a 4-night minimum.

Gotta stay in Indy and drive down at that point.  Sheesh.

Yes, you had to elect to select seats. If you opted to retain current seats then no selection time. I always elect to select because you always have the option to retain current seats which is what I ended up doing, but at least you get to look around.

@walt542 I like my family’s seats. We are on the aisle around the 50 and just above a portal

I got 6 tickets.

4 were my block of seats I was in last year.  2 were tickets that I added this year and was informed that would be Tier 2 since they were additions and no seats remain in Tier 1.  When I selected the 2 new seats, I was able to select Tier 1 as there were seats available in those sections.  Got the two new additions 3 rows behind my usual block of seats.  I selected last Thursday.

@hoosierdaddy I know those OSU tix were not cheap. Was checking StubHub for a friend the other day. Sometimes we would stay in Columbus or Brown Co for games.

@thehoosierhuddle Same with me on not getting a date. I got my annual point total which usually includes selection date but none with it this time. I certainly hope to maintain my last years seats.

@lbw When I renewed mine over the phone I said I wanted to keep my same seats, so I am thinking they'll honor that. I did decrease from 6 to 4 and they asked if I wanted to keep the aisle seat, so.

@thehoosierhuddle I don't remember if I asked for the same seats but I hope I did. 50 yard line, row 21, high enough to see the holes in the line each play. I will be 88 July 3 so my memory isn't as good as it used to be
