It’s simply my opinion. Didn’t mean to offend your delicate sensibilities.
I feel ya, OSU is a juggernaut right now. IU is impressive too, but lack the depth of a program like that. If they played 10 times on a neutral field I think IU might get 3-4 wins. I have hope and am gaining confidence, but while OSU may not have the balance on offense that had last season, I think defensively they are even better than last year.
A good friend will bail you out of jail, but your best friend will be sitting next to you in the cell saying "that was f***ing awesome"
The crazy thing is, depending on how much we air it out the rest of the year, we realistically have a chance at having TWO 1000 yard receivers. With at least 6 more games to play; approximately 75 yards a game for each would do it.
Both already average over 80 a game right now.
Sarratt currently is 1st in the nation and Cooper fifth in the nation for touchdown catches.
@drjb Going into the game, I thought IU and Oregon were evenly matched. I was wrong; IU is clearly the better team.
Gun to my head, OSU is the only team I'd pick to beat IU on a neutral field. I don't think it would be a mismatch like last year's game, but it's tough to envision anyone beating the Bucks.
In any case, you're correct: We'll see on Dec. 6 when #1 OSU (12-0) plays #2 IU (12-0) in the B1G Championship Game.
im not penciling in the 12-0 just yet
the target on our back is huge and we are everybody's superbowl from here on out.....
that said, if anybody can keep us up to meet the challenge each week, it's CCC
even of we do stumble i think we are capable of taking down o$u as long as it is not at their place
