Rutgers @ Ohio St. Bold Take

As IU fans, we've seen a game like this many times, especially under Wilson.

Rutgers has an above average passing offense and just about zero defense.

Ohio St. looking ahead to their big game and with their two best offensive players out, will be looking to turtle up and lean on their untested and possibly way overrated defense.

If Rutgers can defend the Buckeyes check down Sayin offense, limit explosive plays from the OSU very average run game, and get off the field a few times, I believe Rutgers can turn this game into a shootout going into the 4th quarter, where OSU wears them down eventually to win by a couple scores.

Putting a 10% probability this is how the game script plays out, should be fun to watch if this is how this game goes.

Not a bettor, but that 32 point line from earlier in the week seemed crazy too high given Rutgers can put up points.

Buckeyes win 48-37 and spend next week online making excuses for their defensive performance.

Maybe take Buttgers and the points!  That’s about all I can see here.  But I suck at betting.

Jeremiah Smith and Carnell Tate are both out too.

If OSU's entire starting 22 couldn't play, they'd still swamp Rutgers ... just like IU would drag Purdue with its second (third? fourth?) unit.

7-3 OSU. They look like they’re going through the motions. Of note starting CB Lorenzo Styles left with an injury.

OSU is looking like a paper tiger. This is a really bad Rutgers defense. Rutgers is moving the ball on offense.

super sayin with the nice 40 yard gain on a 3 yard pass tho. Heisman lol.

Refs keep bailing OSU out. Lightest RTP I’ve ever seen, OSU OL nudged the rusher into the QB lol

For those who aren’t watching but seeing the box score, OSU run game is really struggling. Couple big runs early on but they are struggling to get more than 1-2 yards on a consistent basis since

their DL is legit. We need Evan’s back bad.

OSU seems fine imo.  Hard to take much away from playing Rutgers.

Sayin is awesome at completing three yard passes. No wonder his completion percentage is 80%.

Ohio State is a machine. It will be very hard to beat them. They have few, if any, weaknesses.

They look beatable. I hope they beat Michigan next week so we can find out.
