Did you apply? It wasn't automatic. You had to submit a request.
Check with the AD. I didn’t get one and they said that I must have opted out of something at some point. I don’t remember doing that but I am pretty old. I checked the website and it actually said that I was opted in for everything but they said they had to reset my preferences. When I booked the flight….no direct flights out there on Dec 30. Every single flight had at least 1 layover and total trip time with layover was 6.5 hours on the low side and up to 13 hours on the high end.
Pushed the flight date to Dec 31 and multiple direct flights on that date.
Got seats in 21L for about $800 per ticket. Now prices are at $1,100 in same area.
Did anyone get the email from the Athletic Department the other day asking about upgrades to Memorial Stadium? Anybody interested in their premium seating options like the cushioned chairs with backs for $3,000 a seat? In the open comments section, I mentioned that they have to get rid of the press box and completely upgrade that thing. They also also asked about upgrades and issues and I selected the bathrooms as needing upgrades and congested concourses under the East Stands (bathroom lines extending out into the concourse merging with the lines for concessions is a cluster).

OK, today the AD thinks they have found the problem with my account. There was an old account in their system under my wife’s name using my email address. Since there were duplicate accounts with the same email address the system ended up blocking the emails going out. They said this was the second situation like this they have had today. I hope they can resolve your situation a as well.Someone posted on twitter yesterday that they called the IU athletics ticket office the cutoff was 227 priority points for getting one of IU's Rose Bowl allotment of tickets.

If you don't fly out until Jan 31, you're going to miss the game. You might be in time, though, for IU at UCLA hoops.

Sorry. The AD seems to communicate mostly by email. I struggle to find them sifting through all the spam.
