Rooting for NE over USC...

If the top most immediate priority is to get the B1G Championship, this gives USC their 2nd loss.  They'd be out.  Not that I think it will happen, but IU could drop the PSU game and still be fine. IA and OR don't matter-they play each other and the loser gets their 2nd loss and the winner lost to IU.  This means only MI can spoil the party by beating OSU. That would make a 3 way tie for 1st w/ 1 loss.  Not sure how that tie breaker would work but the official rules are published by the conference office.

The purpose of this post is really to rationalize my already having purchased tickets and dropped a decent amount on them.

They have to get through both Iowa and Oregon and even if they do their loss to Illinois would give us the advantage in a tiebreaker. Hard to see us losing any from here on out, but even if we do for some reason stumble at PSU I see no chance we lose to Wisconsin or Purdue. I think we are pretty safely in. It would take a significant collapse for IU to not make the B1G championship.

If you have watched any of the Michigan / Purdue game, there is no chance Michigan makes it to the CCG.
