They showed him for a short time, once is all I saw. I couldn't tell if boos or cheers. Sounded like more boos than cheers.

Maybe they were saying "BOO-urns!"

They showed him during the National Anthem for an about 2 seconds and that was it. Marine One flew over the stadium about 30 minutes before kickoff, but that was it. He was in a box behind the IU bench and you could kind of see him, but it was very low key, which was surprising.

Very positive about a President attending sporting contests.  It's been done frequently and seldom over the decades.  Being with the beer drankin fans is a good event for  sports and the administration.  Just  as inviting Champs to the WH.  Security is security, remember having to take our damn shoes off in airports?  What a moronic rule to live with for 2 decades.

Agree with a lot of this but, given ticket prices, this won't be your typical "beer drankin" crowd.

I'm curious

what was the ticket price at the kickoff or just after?  did it come down substantially?

and does the team get an invite to the WH?

I checked some apps all day to see if they would go down (I live an hour away) and there wasn't much change.  For fun I checked 15 min before kickoff and there were finally a few below 3K that had been 4K or higher, but still pricey
