Circus freaks are always the main attraction.My greater concern is that there be more fans dressed in red in those stands cheering the Hoosiers to victory.
The ticket prices would probably keep most from making it a maga rally.
The clown sideshow will think he is the main attraction
He must have a lot of work to do if he can spare all his time to go to sporting events
Is President Trump a fan of Indiana? If so, I hope he brings lots of friends.
I know of no connection between Trump and Indiana. Doubt he is even a fan of Miami given how short a time he has lived in Florida. He's probably just going because he can and it is a big event with many people he thinks will be there to adore him.
It's pretty common for presidents to attend sporting events of this magnitude. I'm not a Trump fan but still think it's pretty awesome our team is in the position to have the President come watch their game. It's another surreal moment amongst the many this season.
That said... KEEP EM FOCUSED COACH CIG! DO NOT CARE ABOUT WHO IS IN THE STANDS. ONLY CARE ABOUT DESTROYING THE OTHER TEAM ON THE FIELD! DON'T STOP DESTROYING UNTIL THE CLOCK HITS 00.00.
I come to this board to get away from the cooler.
Ughhh.

@hurryinghoosiers His first Vice President!

Don't worry. IU will win and cover.

Don't think they are friends any more but would be a slight connection. nothing I think would move the needle on being an IU fan
As @hurryinghoosiers mentioned, he's going so he can be adored. What he fails to realize is a large segment of society thinks he's a POS and the biggest mistake in American history. He'll get booed mercilessly ... and I'm here for that.

He'll be recognized once. That means there will be one (1) opportunity for cheering or booing him. For that reason, I don't know why people are getting so caught up in this. One person in another thread was worried that another poster, who said he was going to boo the president, would ruin the game experience for the people sitting near him. That's ridiculous. Anyone booing during the game will be perceived as booing the other team.

The bigger issue is likely the extra security and congestion caused by having trump and his security there...on top of the big crowds
Honestly, it’s pretty cool that Indiana football is playing in a game important enough that the President of the United States is going to be there.
I'm not a Trump fan. In fact, I despise pretty much every politician. But good God, do people get triggered by that man…
I couldn’t imagine going to watch Indiana play for a national championship and wasting my energy/voice booing any politician, whether it be Trump, Obama, Bush or Clinton.
@hurryinghoosiers Yes. That's a legitimate - - and practical - - concern. Will be a nightmare getting in.
