The only game where going in I felt the opposing defense was very tough where we still scored as much as 30 points, was Oregon last year. Except the incredible playoff run where we smoked teams! Maybe Shanahan will have everything rolling like the playoffs. But I'm not calling for a beat down.

Curious as to the thought process. Why would an "L" be the best thing? Wasn't last week's game the wake-up call we may have needed?
I'm hoping the team still feels like they've got something to prove.
@big-ryan I don’t think last week was a wake up call by any means. When you haven’t lost in almost 2 years a loss can be good for the program. I’d rather be 11-1 going into the playoffs than 12-0 this year. I think we have a better chance of going far if we get humbled now.
