Thank God I’m in a great IU family! My pops just bought me tickets and we are heading down after I get off work in a few hours! If anyone has any advice on where to park/tailgate lmk!
I just checked the website and Der Biergarten says it's closed to the public on 1/9 for a private event. Presumably Peach Bowl stuff, and hopefully IU folks, but sounds like it's closed. I'm just making an audible and saying I'm planning on heading to STATS and Twin Smokers BBQ before the game, if anyone here wants to join.

Heading up from Tampa to meet up with family from Indy to watch the HOOSIERS in the CFP - Peach Bowl. They all made it to The Rose Bowl but I could not; looking forward to seeing IU in a playoff game for the first time.

Wife and I are heading south from Indy about 5 AM tomorrow. Hotel, drive to the MARTA, cheer from section 310, lay around in the hotel until Sunday morning, then drive back.

Drove in from Gulf Shores today. I 85 was completely closed in Aurburn AL. with a wreck. Got to see some of the town. Son-in-law is on the way from Bloomington. He stopped at Buckees on I 75 and said it was 90 percent Hoosiers in their gear in there.

Looks to me like another home crowd for IU. The restaurant last night (Ted’s Steakhouse downtown) was full of IU gear and not one duck. Breakfast this morning I saw my first 2 green shirts but the room was full of crimson all smiles.
@dbmhoosier - Mike Katic just gave a shoutout to "DB Hoosier" on Wake Up Barstool for making Bison hats. lol I imagine that is someone else?
@doggy1 Having serious FOMO that I cant make the game in person due to work (cant get the day off, meeting has been on docket for over a month). Enjoy the trip everyone
