@zeke4ahs IU did use that at the end of the 3rd quarter for a couple years then dropped it. I liked it. I think they even used more flags on the football field. I would be happy to see it return but Iβm sure there are people upset and believe it should be reserved for BB.

football should have its own traditions. Itβs an elite tradition for basketball. Football can and should find their own.Β

The William Tell flags are great for bball under 8 TO-- AH gets very loud at the end and it works -- but it's too soft for football.Β We're trying to destroy the other team in 4th quarter and we need maximum energy/hype coming from the crowd.
I wouldn't mind cheating a bit and installing one of those new state of the art stadium sound systems -- those seem to really help.Β Our current speaker setup just isn't great.
@big-red-cb-v-2-0 Anyone one doing "The Ride of The Valkyries"? That's a very dynamic tune. Of course we would have to be winning at the time. π

Reminds me of Elmer Fudd. Elite song, but need something from this century.Β Β

Can we steal the Mets closer entrance song and play Narco by Timmy Trumpet. That is a good one that would get the crowd involved.

You kids don't appreciate the classics.

@walt542 I thought so. Iβd like football to have its own too, but until we can find something, I vote for this.
