Correct me if I am wrong but is Northwestern at 713 losses all-time? If so then with 2 more losses, they will tie Indiana at 715. I think 713 is the right total but I don't know.
NW plays at USC this weekend then at home vs. Michigan. One would surmise they will be at 715 with 2 games to go (Minny and at Illinois). Odds are in our favor that we go to the B1G championship game no longer tied to the moniker as the losingest team in college football history.

Wikipedia says we are at 719 losses. Either way we should be casting off that mantle soon.
@papaburgundy This is why he would be one of greatest coaches of all time...NOBODY could have done what he has done - take the worst program in the history of college football and take them to a title. Any coach could win at PSU, LSU, ND, Bama, etc. Only the GREATEST could do it at IU. And only the GREATEST would take on the challenge.
