Is it an official NCAA rule now that head coaches, going into the fourth quarter, can agree on a shortened 10 min clock?
Is it a running clock?
Any chance Coach Cig would agree to a deal like that?
@middawg A running clock is never allowed; however, in a scenario where both coaches agree to shorten the quarter and then the head referee also agrees, the quarter can be shortened to a length that they agree upon. As to if Cig will do it, he hasn't done so these past two seasons, but maybe he would this year. I personally doubt it.

It sucks we have zero decent pre-big ten games. Although some years UNT won't suck. Some years in the past WKU didn't suck. But still.
I'll watch a very little of this to start, and then go mow my lawn and do other winterizing chores. Hopefully I'll catch a few minutes of some backups I haven't seen.

Took a drive through downtown a bit ago. Didn't look all that busy, certainly less action than on a normal game day. It's overcast, dreary, even chilly. After last night's rain I'll bet the grass lots are a mess. Crowd shot just shown; looks like a lot of empty seats.
It may not mean anything, but WKU plays UGA today and us next weekend. Unless UGA demoralizes them and they dont come ready to play next wknd, could be a good comparison bar between IU and UGA!?
