Is anyone else pissing off their neighbors by blasting the IU fight song on a loop ... or is it just me?

@gthomas You nailed it.  I look at my nephew in the 4th grade and realize I was about one year younger than him when I saw Keith Smart hit The Shot to beat Syracuse and win IU’s last national title in basketball.  Three years later, my Cincinnati Reds won the World Series.  Because of course they did. They were my team and my teams were winners!

Laughter To Tears

Obviously, now I’m taking nothing for granted.  If they win this, it may be the last championship of any kind most of us see for the rest of our lives.  And that would be fine by me.  Better than fine.  It would be perfect…

Rough guess 60/40 IU fans. Maybe 65/35

Thank you for reading Hoosier Huddle

I was a wee lad when the Bears won in '85 and IU won in '87. I've been waiting a long f------ time for this.

Basketball divided us.

Football united us.

ESPN coverage certainly favors Miami. What else is new.

Here we go everyone...it's nearly time. The Indiana Hoosiers stand on the threshold of college football immortality. There is one final mountain to climb and one final hurdle to clear. The Miami Hurricanes are a very tall mountain and big hurdle but Indiana has been greater than every challenge placed in front of them. Let's roll.
