Halftime Thoughts:
Ohio State 10, Indiana 7
IU’s defense has been tremendous. Ferrell is everywhere, Tobi has two sacks, and the secondary is making Ohio State work for everything. The offense must give them more help. Hoover has missed some open throws, and the missed field goal hurts in a game this tight.
That last OSU drive was frustrating. IU had them at 2nd and 20 before the big completion and roughing penalty, then nearly held them out at the goal line anyway. Hoosiers are right there, but they need to finish drives and stop leaving points on the field.
Half Time Thoughts
IU has made the mistakes that they can't make. Missed open throws, missed field goals, terrible punting, no return game and untimely penalties.
Clean it up and they're fine

Halftime thoughts: 10-7 OSU
- IU defense came to play, especially Amare Ferrell
- Pressure has gotten to Sayin well enough, but some bad coverage down the field occasionally
- IU almost held OSU to another red zone field goal, as they have been good in that area
- Done about as good as anyone at eliminating Jeremiah Smith
- Offense needs to be more consistent, and that final drive had to have points. Schott was open for a TD and Hoover missed it, then Radicic missed the field goal. IU is down, but not outplayed at all. Need to limit mistakes and win in the second half
IU gets the ball to start the second half
Defense looked good until that last throw. The OSu staff ineptitude is making this game so much more manageable for us. Those bubble screens to Smith would probably get them at least 5 yards a play. I’m surprised it took them so long to put him on the field on that last goal line series.
Hardy is too good and too smart to not pickup that back.
Sayin eats that ball if the back is covered.
The second half is in the past. IU ball down by three. Get a TD drive and get the crowd into the game when OSU gets the ball
IU has the ball at their 25
Davion Chandler is wide open, Hoover finds him, he catches the ball, and then fumbles it. OSU recovered the ball and will takeover at the IU 45
Disaster for IU
Disaster is a good word
Good defense by Sharpe to hold OSU to a field goal
13-7 OSU
Indiana avoids a total disaster after a fumble on their first drive. 13-7 OSU.

Hoover found Becker, but overthrew him. Would have been a major chunk play
Hoover to becker for a 36 yard completion. Throw underthrown a but, as it could have been a touchdown, but still a catch regardless
