So here's my question. I felt like we stomped Oregon too. But when we take away the 21 points off the turnovers did we ? Or would we have ? I think so. Maybe that's the cloudy picture of it. The defense was so smothering the offense didn't have to do much. Then I look at the Oregon drive for a score after the pick 6 ???
@kkott I really like Sam too!!!
He did have on some other guy last week, can't remember his name, who was very confident said 10/10 that we'd beat Oregon. Then said Miami was the one team that scared him regarding IU.
I hope we blow them out but I think it will be close.
I’m done doubting IU. Everyone thought the Oregon game would be close and we saw how that turned out. Maybe Miami does win or keep it close but I’ll believe it when I see it.
if we take away the run and make Beck beat us, he’ll turn it over multiple times.

By about the middle of the second quarter, Beck will be wishing he was in his Lamborghini driving far away from Hard Rock Stadium.
@dbmhoosier It was the guy that does the portal transfer ratings who seems very tied to the IU staff... BuffedinPrime?
Sammy, still think you should try and get him on our podcast. He loves IN and I think would be interested in coming on a football focused IU pod.
@hoosiers94 what makes you think we wouldn't have kept marching the ball up and down the field? Were the 3 fumble/blocked kicks all inside the 10 or 15? Hard to pile up stats when you have that short a field. I also don't think OR gets the late TD or maybe the last 2. You can talk about playing play 1-150 the same, but everyone's human and a let up is always possible. I think the refs are human too and subconsciously or not, their calls were definitely favoring OR in the 2nd half. The "hold" on Blacks breakaway run, the no-call on Ponds getting illegally blocked on their breakaway play, etc... They were making some funky calls in the 2nd half. It was funny to be there and have the IU crowd getting hostile when we were up 4 scores, but they were bad.
@dbmhoosier - haha If nothing else, you are consistent!
A win is a win!

Yes him.
@hoosiers94 I've said all along, I'd love to hear the radio discussions on the headsets in the first five minutes of these games. Think about it: Bama sacks us twice in the first possession and then did they get another one all game, and we start moving the ball. They also got a couple first downs on their first possession and then we seemed to lock them up.
OR? They move the ball pretty easily down the field on their first, err 2nd, possession, and then we clamp down. I think our coaches have several contingencies prepared and they need a series to see what the other team is doing and then we adjust and it's money.
