@zeke4ahs Yeah, I have to rewatch it. Spent my evening at Urgent Care getting imaging on my knee

Wouldn't you know it, as soon as they do away with redshirts...

Did you try rubbing a little dirt on it?

@unclemark been nothing me for a couple months. Tweaked it playing tennis is June, played through it for a while. In the last week it’s just gotten worse. They suspect a torn meniscus. But need to get an MRI.

Thank you for reading Hoosier Huddle

@thehoosierhuddle Yeah, health and mobility are things not to be taken for granted, especially as you age, but it's hard not to when you've considered yourself an athlete for your entire life. I'm 60 and finally feel pretty healthy mobility-wise after about a year and a half of aching, knees, ankles, back and feet. If I were to suggest anything to younger me and younger folks, it would be focus on functional strength, balance and flexibility in joints as much as muscle. Spend as much or more time doing yoga and functional strength as you do on weights and cardio. Thought that was interesting in that "day in the life" piece the football program put out on CB from this summer, just how much time they spent on flexibility and functional strength. I found it hard to believe that was all from just one day, but it's certainly a focus for those guys even at 18-22... err, I mean 29!

@thehoosierhuddle  These two clips either illustrate how quick our dl is, or 56 and 70 are a bit slow?

@kelly_32 I think the B10 Boys came away impressed! I've said all along and now believe it more than ever, Ponds replacement isn't a CB it's the pressure they intend to bring on opposing QBs from a relentless pass rush. Were the K St guys signed after the NC game? I'm thinking they saw how much disruption Miami's ends caused and said, "that's what we want next year!"

@thehoosierhuddle Oh no. I feel your pain. I have two hairline fractures in my foot and one in my wrist , as of last week. And a black eye! I’ll be good by season opener though! Quick healing to you!

Damn, listen better and don't make someone have to tell you twice!

You didn't wreck your little convertible did you?
