What is meant by "institutional NIL"? Is that another term for revenue sharing?

@albino I find it hard to believe OSU is putting $20m of their rev share allocation to football. That would leave basketball, and the 30+ varsity teams they field with close to nothing
from what I’ve read it seems like most schools are doing ~75% football and 25% for other sports (primarily basketball)
