best place to find what your looking for is the former school’s page for the player.
looks like he played like 10 games that year, just didn’t record stats in them all

I guess it just depends on the severity. Since we haven’t heard anyone confirm it with IU there’s no good way to know if the severity is season ending or if someone who overheard the diagnosis and leaked it out jumped to that conclusion. If he has a mild case of Jumpers knee to the patella tendon the recovery time is 3-4 weeks. I am not being naive, but I am still holding out any hope that this is debunked and what we saw of him in a knee brace was more precautionary. I still find it suspect that Cig would say there are no injuries expected to impact the next game and I get it could be a play on semantics, but still seems like he wouldn’t even say that when he wasn’t asked about anyone other than Omar. I’m keeping hope.It would have to be a pretty bad Charlie horse to drop him like it did.
Not necessarily, a muscle can cramp up pretty quick and have you limping around and then an hour later you're fine. Will wait for official news and hope for the best.
Will a cramp result in a knee brace and a cart ride back to the locker room? No I get what you're saying but that didn't look like any cramp I have ever had.
Yeah the brace and cart could be precautionary. If he was limping badly maybe a trainer just threw a brace on and called the cart to get him out of the celebratory chaos and back where they could get a better look. Best case, maybe, but doesn't seem impossible.

You guys are building up my hopes. They went from in the gutter, to laying on the sidewalk.
@olympian97 - I get what you're saying and you can never say never, but you need to read the quote exactly as Cig said it. Then you see why its possible he was aware of it and was just precise with his words. "We don't think there was anything that happened in the game that will affect our next game."
trust me. I know exactly what you’re saying. I just want to keep some level of optimism until it’s confirmed. Also, keep in mind with how public this was when it happened this could very easily be something that is being manufactured to be more than it is. If you watch the video I have no idea if the guy who filmed it was an IU fan or OSU fan. Imagine being an OSU fan who is pissed you lost and decides to film this and without knowing what happened at all decides to spread a nasty rumor on Reddit and X that Daley tore his Patella Tendon and is out for the season. Then you get talking heads like Dakich who see the video and start reporting on it and then people start believing there is credibility to the story when maybe there’s only a partial truth to the story. I can admit the pictures and video confirms he sustained some sort of injury, but what I’m not buying until confirmed is the diagnosis/prognosis. If this happened during practice and the same rumor was going around I’d be more willing to accept it as a possibility, but until we hear an official statement I don’t think we have enough credible information to know that what we are seeing aligns with the diagnosis and prognosis some people are spreading on social media. I do fully understand it could turn out to be 100% true though. Until confirmed I’m going to hold out hope this is being overblown by a troll.@olympian97 - I get what you're saying and you can never say never, but you need to read the quote exactly as Cig said it. Well, at least we know now so no more speculating.
Hopefully he gets back to 100% ASAP. It really bothers me what a bad break this was for him.
@tammany Such an unfortunate thing. If he was injured on that little jump, man that's just bad luck. He wasn't doing anything wrong. Not doing back flips or jumping off stuff just giving a fan a high five with a tiny jump.
And just like that…the rug gets pulled out from under us again….

Exactly! I hope no one tries to give him a hard time over it. We have players jumping up into the stands after games to take pics and flex for the cameras. This is so random and just bad luck. He probably did less on that jump than he had done all game.@tammany Such an unfortunate thing. If he was injured on that little jump, man that's just bad luck. He wasn't doing anything wrong. The good news is we have 3 weeks for the best D Coordinator in the country to scheme around all of this. Absolutely hate it for Daley though to have his senior year end like this
