Besides Fernando, I think it would be Aiden. He was a great leader of the team and heart of the defense. Jones has big shoes to fill.

@iu-fan-1989 Yeah, the biggest loss isn't in an individual player, it's in the leadership and character that last year's roster had. Guys like Fernando, Fisher, Coogan, Nowakowski, Sarratt, Cooper and Ponds were big leaders for the team and their position. I think we've done a great job replacing the athletes, but how well they can fill that character and leadership void is what's really crucial.

Aside from Mendoza, Ponds might be the most difficult to replace. Not too many shutdown corners around.
