@thehoosierhuddle seems like the chatter about both QB recruits is really positive. Have heard both might ultimately move up a star in their rankings.

@kkott Purcell looked far better than where he was ranked from the start, but he continues to polish his game. Perfect example of Cig identifying a kid with tons of talent, but still trending upward.

@evillehoosier8 I haven’t asked yet about specific guys. I do know they’re shying away from early commitments this cycle. I’ll find out more on the 2028 class as visits get locked in.

Cig goes after safeties more than I would've expected.

I always assume you convert the bigger corners who don't prove out as shutdown cover types. Or someone who arrives as 'athlete' and you want on the field. Couldn't see much NIL going to 'safety'. But Cig and Haines go after the position, HS recruiting and portal. I'm sure that is smarter. 🤣
