Had a bad dream last night. Well, this morning.

Was dreaming that we were down 9 at Maryland with about 10 minutes left in the game. Moving the ball but team was stressed. Maryland fans were talking about rushing the field.

Then I woke up...

You know how you wake up from a bad dream and it feels like such a relief?!  'Whew, only a dream!"... Well I woke up feeling 'that would be horrible!" Didn't feel much relief at all.  Grin

A few years ago I'd have woken up thinking, "Cool, were driving with a chance to still win at Maryland!"

Times change. LOL Now dream of just one loss and it felt like a nightmare.

Maryland definitely has the talent to make a game of it.  And you never know how things can, or will, go if the game is close in to the 2nd half.

But IU should win this game convincingly, if they're ready to play, and nothing really weird happens.

Conference games on the road are never a joke though...

Ahh. Dang. I hope that’s not an omen, because I had a bad dream about the game earlier this week too but brushed it off. Hasn’t happened for any other game for me. It is hard to see us losing this game though.

@olympian97

Some scientist was being quoted this summer as saying gut feelings might be memories from the future.

Oh-oh...

But then again, I was only freaking out in my dream because were were down two scores in the 4th. We hadnt lost. Grin

I did have some junk food for dinner since I was heading home very late and went thru a drive thru.

Have not had a dream about this game, however, I did actually have a positive dream about the Oregon game, so even though I know it’s completely irrational, hearing this from a fellow fan concerns me…

Curious, what do you do with this “concern”?

How do you handle that?

I’m not sure the weather forecast for tomorrow, but it has been windy as hell in College Park today. If it keeps up it could have an impact I suppose. Weather can lead to goofy outcomes.

On an unrelated note, Cherry Hill Park campground a couple miles from campus is absolutely wonderful.

Maryland has a bad running game so windy weather would be a detriment to their offense one would think.

Wife and I are in Florida for a week,I told her last night if they lose this game it will ruin the whole vacation.

We have our game day shirts with us,I found the local ‘Ohio State bar’,plan on going there about half time of their game so I can hear their classy remarks.Hopefully it’s a fun day.

What was hilarious to me was; our third possession, down by 3-0. I thought -- I think maybe this is the scene I saw in my dream... not down two scores --- lol . And suddenly was no longer nervous, thought , the defense has this!

LOL

No late night sardines next game.

@ccmac OSU fans love to talk about how we run up the scores.

Last year they ran a drive on us with 2 minutes left, we kneed it out in Oregons redzone. We put our back offensive players in the 3rd/4th Q, Sayin is throwing the ball with 5 minutes left against totally defeated Wisconsin. Yeah, we really run it up good!

Their fans are beyond delusional. Any of them being honest would admit they wanted Day fired last december, now according to them he is the best coach of all time and would obviously never be fired.

I cannot wait until we bury them in the CCG. The last time we beat OSU, their coach said it was the darkest day in OSU history. Time for OSU to get a taste of its own medicine.
