This thread will serve as the home for all our player blurbs. So instead of posting 25 articles, we will post the player profiles here and put out an offense and defense breakdown of the class as well as some other insights.

Love this approach.  Thank you.

Glad you like it. It makes my life a little be easier.

@thehoosierhuddle Thank you! Also, I haven't seen a post about it, although I'm sure you've gotten feedback, but I love the new look of the website. Mine updated yesterday I believe and it's cleaner and looks better/more modern. Well done... again!

who are everyone's favorite's and most under the radar kids from the class.

my favorite is ja'dyn williams. i think he's going to be a monster...sideline to sideline speed. one of the better hudl videos i've watched from a LB. you can tell why OSU was after him.

under the radar for me is rodney white. the stats didn't blow you away but the hudl videos were exactly what pat kuntz looks for. shorter, quick off the ball, uses leverage really well...i see a lot of tyrique tucker traits.

@iureactionary Jamar Owen’s for me. We need safety’s bad and this kid has one of the best offer sheets I’ve ever seen

Looking at the offensive side of the ball, I really like the size at OL and TE.  Think about two years from now what this group can look like.

With all the flip floppin, pretty nice that IU was no drama with our signings today. Im surprised Maryland was able to hold onto Elee.. We should push for him next year in the portal when Locks is fired

Is it possible our big win yesterday might flip some kids to IU?

@bradstevens maybe, but the early signing period is over and the next signing day in in February.

The win probably helps with the portal and the 27 class more, but wouldn’t call those “flips”. Sales has been very pro IU on C.

One thing our stronger rep should help is holding the line on NIL amounts, freeing up funds to pay who Cig really needs. No extra amount to convince someone to come to Indiana. Just competitive amounts.  'Hey, if you want to develop, and win, at a great place...' . Probably a very minor factor, but won't hurt.

Yeah, I’m really interested to see who he goes after and brings in through the portal. It should open some doors definitely and there are going to be some holes to fill yet.

Winning does a lot of things for recruiting. Even if the pitch doesn't change, there is no tangible proof that there are no limits as to what can happen at IU. I assume after the NFL Draft this year IU can point at the success there as well.

As far as NIL goes, it seems Cig has an NFL strategy with a price he wants to pay per position and he won't over pay for people. However, it becomes easier to fundraise when times are great and these are great times. IU is making money hand over fist this year with ticket sales, merch and donations. Add in TV money and the field sponsorship and you can see why they have a very competitive war chest.

Will some recruits say 'No'? Of course. Will they be outbid for transfers? Yes, you're not going to get everyone. But the foundation of the program has grown and solidified very nicely the last two seasons.

@thehoosierhuddle curious, with most P4 teams committing approx the same amount of House Settlement monies toward revenue sharing (I think generally P4 teams are committing approx 14-16MM of the 20.5MM toward football), what efforts has IU made to securing "legit NIL" deals to augment the revenue sharing portion of player pay? Is there someone at IU in charge of finding those kinds of local, in state and national opportunities?
