you're being emotional.

All sports fans are, by definition, acting irrationally. Emotion is a big part of sports fandom.

Now that we have ours, massive grin, I see no need to play any conference championships. Extra game of wear and tear on the players for $$.

Change is hard because so many make bank on the current state.  I remember reading the Gator Bowl President made 800K in the 1980's.  Big money is at stake, make no mistake.  My take:  dump the bowls, go with year-end rankings, stay at 12, have another championship and use the bowls for non-power 4.

Confident that is elitist for sure, and it will never happen in the short run.  Can't take that coin from the Gator Bowl and all the others without compensation.  It will take time.

Go Hoosiers!

LOL, yeah, I don't have as big a desire to play in more. I'd still like it , a lot, but it wouldn't be HUGE.

I think we really need two, to cement big time status though.

I hate the CFP only because when it has been proven injury risk - and CTE - is real, the solution was to massively extend the college season.

Money for others over long term futures for the kids. They'd get paid similar amounts regardless by boosters. Maybe not rev share.

I just noticed that right knee for Daley was already wrapped. Which lends a little credence to those saying tendinitis or inflammation or micro tears can weaken and be more likely to get a rupture. I read somewhere commonly used corticosteroids (not saying by Indiana) also can have a weakening affect.

I'm sure our training staff and medical staff is well versed and state of the art. Just a tough sport.
