To me, its really looking like Georgia or Miami for the NC this year. TX isn't going to win it with Arch at QB.
Smith is great, no doubt about it......but how in the world can OSU not have a legit 2nd option at WR? And no stud TE as far as I can tell. The OL looks to be only average for them, and Jackson is good but certainly not great. And they gave up something like 430 total yards to a crap Illinois team.
I took a preseason flier on Becker at 200-1.
I took Hoover before the season at +1500. $25 preseason bet on Mendoza paid $1275 last year. Same bet this year for Hoover will only pay $400.
It should be Jeremiah Smith, but will either be Mensah from Miami or CJ Carr at ND
