He was able to imply he could use more 'resources', a couple different times, without directly complaining about his resources. So good job by Coach Schiano. 🤣 Basically admitted he was outbid for Osunsanmi. Of course that could mean by multiple schools.
No doubt it's a big reason for Cignetti's success at both JMU and especially here. But other coaches acknowledge it takes much more than that.

Rutger's athletic department is so deep in debt, I wonder how they're able to handle rev share too. They're an absolute mess financially.
