I certainly hope this kid ends up being a steal, and he's likely to get a Cig raise as far as ratings go, but right now 247 has him as the #56 recruit in Ohio, the # 123 CB, and the #1164 national recruit.
@mushroomgod Sounds like he was largely dismissed or overlooked due to his size, but every one I've heard review his tape (all of his been since his commitment) is talking about what great skills and closing speed he has, despite his small size. I trust this staff, and it sounds like they may have found another diamond in the rough. Torbert was not very highly rated when we offered, then he was MVP of some camp and suddenly moved up to a 4 *. I think these guys block out the ratings and just watch film. Hopefully the Buffedinprime guy will review his play, because I trust his analysis more than anyone with DBs.

Playmakers at skill positions seem to be easy finds for this staff. Then the development kicks in.
