@boogie yep, I expect Dajon Tally-Rhodes to pick IU when he announces Wednesday.

OL and IU target Dom Black announced a commitment date of June 10th. Doesn’t look like it’ll be IU

@kelly_32 I tried to give you a thumbs up, but all I get now is the laughing emoji.
When we lose a player to UK at this point, is it all about money or is there some other big attraction I'm missing?
@thehoosierhuddle Does that mean we got outbid or does it mean we gave him what Cig thought was a reasonable offer for his talent and UK overpaid? If we are losing 4 Star HS kids because we don't have enough budget, that's a problem. If Cig and co. decide to cap an offer and hope for the best, that's a completely different situation.
@bucketgetter I think it's on a Cig is capping it. I am not 100% sure, but I don't think it's IU can't afford a guy, because they are going to pay Sales a huge sum if he chooses IU. I think it's a budgeted cap with the intention that money is better spent in the portal. Now, that philosophy may have to change if this bill passes in Congress, but that what seems to be the case here.

@bucketgetter They have some juice with former Oregon OC, Will Stein, taking over. Didn't realize it, but checking his bio he's also a native of KY. Also in the SEC and there may still be players who prefer that. I'm not saying it's a better situation, but makes more sense to me to lose someone to UK at the moment, than KU; that seemed a head scratcher!
@kkott Oglesby wasn’t about money it was about a path to playing time and competing to get on the field

@thehoosierhuddle Sort of seems like he didn't want to compete to get on the field!
